1. Scope of Service

We provide doorstep RO water purifier repair, inspection, routine servicing, filter replacement, and installation/uninstallation across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane regions. Booking a service through our website, phone call, or WhatsApp constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Inspection Charges & Pricing

• A minimal inspection/visiting fee applies if the customer decides not to proceed with the repair after technician diagnosis.
• If the customer agrees to the repair, the inspection fee is adjusted/waived off in the final invoice.
• Rates for spare parts (membranes, filters, pumps, power supplies) will be communicated prior to replacement.

3. Spare Parts & Service Warranty

• We use high-quality, compatible spare parts for out-of-warranty RO purifiers.
• We offer a limited service/parts warranty (typically 30 to 90 days, as mentioned in your service invoice) on newly replaced components.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by electrical voltage fluctuations, physical misuse, water supply disruption, or unauthorized tampering by third parties.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are required to ensure safe access to the water purifier unit, proper electrical grounding, and active water supply during technician visits in Mumbai premises. Any pre-existing damage to domestic plumbing or electrical lines is not the responsibility of our technicians.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel or reschedule your booking free of cost up to 1 hour before the scheduled technician arrival time. Payments made for spare parts or service rendered are non-refundable once the service job sheet is signed and completed.

6. Jurisdiction & Contact Info

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of services rendered shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
